Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 100ml unsweetened cooking cream
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside. In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms, stirring until softened.
- Pour in the cream and lemon juice, then let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and let it cook in the sauce for about 5 minutes until fully done.
- Add Parmesan cheese (if using) and stir until melted.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
