Low-Carb Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 100g fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 100ml unsweetened cooking cream
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set it aside. In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms, stirring until softened.
  4. Pour in the cream and lemon juice, then let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and let it cook in the sauce for about 5 minutes until fully done.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese (if using) and stir until melted.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
