Salmon Rolls with Avocado and Cream Cheese (Keto & Unusual)

 



Ingredients:

  • 150g smoked salmon slices
  • 1 ripe avocado (mashed)
  • 50g full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped dill (optional)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado with cream cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices and spread a teaspoon of the mixture onto each slice.
  3. Carefully roll the salmon slices into small rolls.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dill and toasted sesame seeds on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve cold as a tasty, high-fat, high-protein keto snack or side dish.
